12.00 – 4:00 p.m. – Race Training at TRACK 18 – PERNICE, Mottolino

18.00 – Riunione rappresentanti Sci Club presso Aquagranda Via Rasia 500°, Livigno(1 rappresentante per Sci Club)

6:00 p.m. – Team Captains' Briefing at Aquagranda Via Rasia 500A(1 representative per Ski Club)

18.30 – Consegna pettorali e pacchi gara ai capi squadra
A seguire – Aperitivo di benvenuto. La sala che ci ospita ha una capacità di 100 ospiti, di conseguenza l'aperitivo sarà riservato primariamente ai capi squadra, al Comitato AICC e rappresentanti degli Sci Club, tuttavia speriamo nessuno debba rinunciare.

6:30 p.m. – Distribution of race bibs and race bags to Team Captains
To follow – Welcome drink - Given the limited capacity of 100 guests the welcome drink will be primarily for team capitains , club representatives and committee members , although we hope no one will be turned away.

8.30 – Ricognizione del tracciato dello Slalom Gigante – PISTA 18 - PERNICE , Mottolino
9.30 – Slalom Gigante – 1ª manche
12.30 – Slalom Gigante – 2ª manche

8:30 a.m. – Giant Slalom Course Inspection –
TRACK 18 - PERNICE , Mottolino
9:30 a.m. – Giant Slalom – 1st Run
12:30 p.m. – Giant Slalom – 2nd Run

18.30–19.30 – Trasferimento con gatti delle nevi per la Cena Alpina. Ritrovo alla partenza della seggiovia Monte Sponda, arrivo con mezzi propri.

6:30–7:30 p.m. – Transfer by snowcats for the Alpine Dinner. Meeting point at the departure station of the Monte Sponda chairlift, guests make their own way to the meeting point.

20.00 – Cena Alpina c/o Rifugio Camanel

8:00 p.m. – Alpine Dinner at Camanel Alpine Refuge

22.00 – Rientro alla partenza della seggiovia Monte Sponda, esclusivamente con gatti delle nevi

10:00 p.m. – Return to the Monte Sponda chairlift departure station, exclusively by snowcats

20.00 – Cena di Gala presso Hotel Alpen

8:00 p.m. – Gala Dinner at Alpen Hotel

21.30 – Premiazione AICC 2027

9:30 p.m. – AICC 2027 Prize-Giving Ceremony
